Your piece, verified and recorded

You sign in with the wallet that holds the piece, or by email if the house has your address. There is no account to create, no password, and nothing to deposit. The wallet is the identity, and if you hold pieces in several wallets they all belong to one you.

Signing in is a signature on a message we issue. It costs nothing, it moves nothing, and it proves only that you hold the key.

The portal shows you the pieces your wallet is entitled to and nothing else. You choose what is to be made where there is a choice, you see what is included and what would be quoted, you accept the house's terms as they are written, and you give an address.

On Ethereum, redeeming is the contract's own function, and your wallet will show you exactly that and nothing more. On Bitcoin, redeeming is a signature. We never ask a Bitcoin wallet for a transaction, so an inscription cannot be spent by mistake.

You follow the piece from the workshop to your door on the same portal. If there is a quote you accept or decline it there, and declining never affects your redemption.

A change of delivery address is signed by your wallet, so nobody who merely has your session can redirect a piece. If you have an email address on the account you are told of every change, and told what to do if it was not you.

The token stays yours. Redeeming records on it that the physical piece has been claimed, and the piece belongs to the wallet that redeemed it. If you sell the token later, the piece does not go with it.

The record of your redemption stays with the piece. We keep it in the United Kingdom, and anyone can check it against a public explorer without coming to us.

We never hold your keys and we never ask for them. We never ask for a transaction beyond the contract's own redeem, we never ask you to move a piece into a particular wallet, and we never take payment from a collector. The house pays for the service.

Nobody from Provatek will ever write to you asking for a signature, a code or a transfer. Sign only on a portal at a provatek.io address, reached by typing it or from the house's own website. If a message asks you for anything else, it is not from us, and we would like to know about it.
